Refund and cancellation policy

A Get Rank bid is a one-time payment for a promotional listing. There is no subscription to cancel. Once PayPal confirms payment, the listing is live and that bid cannot be lowered.

We do not refund a completed bid because you later want a different rank, URL, or slug. If checkout fails or PayPal does not confirm payment, you are not charged for a listing.

If the law in your country gives you a cooling-off right, write to hello@getrank.site with your PayPal transaction details and we will review it.

Chargebacks for a listing that went live may lead to removal of that listing.
